Cooking Instructions

  1. Season Steak with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder
  2. Cook your rice
  3. Preheat your grill to 200c
  4. Grill steak on one side for 1 minute and 30 seconds
  5. Rotate steak 45 degrees and grill for another 1 minute 30 seconds
  6. Flip steak and repeat Steps 3 & 4
  7. Use temp sensor to cook to desired doneness, 130f is a perfect Medium Rare.
