Lewis completed his personal training certification in 2013 and has since built over 13 years of coaching experience, helping clients across body composition transformations, getting clients ready to compete in a physique competition and athletic performance.
Lewis got into personal training because he saw how powerful the right guidance can be in changing someone’s life. It’s more than just training, it’s about building strong relationships, earning trust, and creating an environment where clients feel supported and understood. From there, real progress happens. Helping people build confidence, develop discipline, and achieve things they didn’t think were possible is what drives him. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone transform not just physically, but mentally, and carry that into every area of their life.
A big part of his approach is continuing to learn and evolve as a coach. Over the years, he has completed a wide range of industry courses, seminars, and mentorships learning from world leading educators across multiple areas including nutrition, strength and power development, rehabilitation, functional training, program design, and biomechanics. Lewis is currently completing a Certificate IV in Nutrition, further strengthening my ability to support clients with evidence-based nutrition strategies. This ongoing education allows him to refine his coaching systems and deliver a higher standard of service.
Lewis’ sporting background includes playing high-level football and basketball, which helped shape his understanding of performance, discipline, and competition. Outside of coaching, he enjoys golf, investing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
